They have poor organization, they have no control, even though they line up, they let others through and employees forget about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no sé si sea el gerente o quién pero no saben dirigir la entrada dure más de una hora para dar mi pago y a una señora de la tercera edad que se tenía que formar se imagina a la señora estar parada más de una hora
Terrible service I do not know if it is the manager or who but they do not know how to direct the entrance, it lasted more than an hour to give my payment and to an elderly woman who had to train, she imagines the lady being standing for more than an hour

I don't know why they have so many staff if they are just standing there getting dumb and outside a very long line to enter checkouts and the cashiers to finish it are always gossiping instead of attending

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera reportar al GESTOR DE CARTERA Hugo Iván Martínez que por razones del pasado con un familiar mío en la misma dirección, toma mal gusto al atender y hacer bien su trabajo y creando FALSOS procesos de la empresa BANCO AZTEKA Como el revisar toda mi casa para ver mis condiciones del como vivo para dicha autorización de crédito (también le tengo que mostrar mi marca de calcetines o que ? ) dicho proceso nunca existió de las veces que conocidos/amigos míos solicitaron dicho crédito con BANCO AZTEKA/ELEKTRA. Así que me alejo totalmente de esta empresa que te quiere revisar hasta de lo que comes para ver si eres apto para ese crédito totalmente detestable.
I would like to report to PORTFOLIO MANAGER Hugo Iván Martínez that for reasons of the past with a relative of mine at the same address, he takes bad taste in serving and doing his job well and creating FALSE processes of the company BANCO AZTEKA Like checking my entire house to see my conditions of how I live for said credit authorization (I also have to show you my brand of socks or what? ) said process never existed of the times that acquaintances/friends of mine requested said credit with BANCO AZTEKA/ELEKTRA. So I totally distance myself from this company that wants to check you even what you eat to see if you are suitable for that totally obnoxious credit.
