★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tiene que caminar por toda la tienda para subir bastantes escaleras para llegar a las ventanillas, porque a un estando las eléctricas en la plaza en el tercer piso no hay entrada al banco.

La. Persona que hace los levantamientos nunca llega y hace falsedad en las declaraciones se llama Daniel Adrian Rosas Luna
He ido 5 veces a perder 5 días enteros y nunca llega la. Persona a hacer el levantamiento
Los ejecutivos de la sucursal toman MAL los datos y las direcciones aunque tienen en mano INE y comprobante de domicilio
Te piden datos diferentes vada vez que llaman y te van dando diferentes versiones
Por favor vayan a CUALQUIER BANCO menos a este
Pedí cita para Profeco y y Condusef pero a vee si con esto se resuelve algo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pues en pocas palabras , le robaron su dinero a mi esposa , le niegan el acceso a su cuenta, en el banco y en la aplicacion, por mas que todos los ejecutivos hablen con los otros ejecutivos y al corporativo nadie sabe nada, no le dan respuesta ni avance de nada 3 meses sin respuesta. #bancoaztecateroba #bancoazteca #bancoaztecarobo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La validadora Ahtziri Zepeda que supongo será para esta sucursal poco profesional la verdad, no me pudo decir que rechazaron mi solicitud en el momento de la visita a mi domicilio como lo hicieron antes por un problema de datos, según dijo me llamarían porque supuestamente tenían que hacer "otra" validación pero nunca recibí dicha llamada, tuve que ir a sucursal donde así sin más me dijeron que ella fue la que no lo aprobó, tan difícil era comentármelo en el lugar como lo hizo uno de sus compañeros al principio, y hacerme perder el tiempo yendo a sucursal por 2da vez? Eso es lo que molesta. Por otro lado una de las asesoras es demasiado seria por no decir m4m0n4, no Alejandra, ella me atendió muy bien
