★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de los 10 cubículos de financieros hay tres o cinco ejecutivos de los cuales dos están trabajando por q hay gente y los demás se andan paseando, platicando, en el celular, o si te están atendiendo ponen música en volumen bajo, o llega otro y lo interrumpe con plática, ni para reportar una queja por q no veo al gerente y si lo hay no está identificado.. solo una persona se nos hacerlo a nuestro lugar y muy amablemente nos oriento nada comparado con banco azteca de apatlaco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a sacar una tarjeta guardadito hace como un mes y la atención fue buena, lo malo fue que me cobraron casi 50 pesos por el plástico y la fila para ventanilla es lenta, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien.

Esto fue hace 7 meses, 2 meses despues fue arreglado, hoy en dia los cierran con llave a las 9 pm, en suma, no sirven la mitad del tiempo.
