Desafortunadamente ellos no pueden dar soluciones, están condicionados al sistema del banco.
Todo lo solucionan con quejas y aclaraciones a su sistema.
Nosotros como clientes tenemos que adaptarnos al sistema sean días o semanas para que podamos tener una decisión de su sistema que en la mayoría de las veces no proceden.
Pero si tu dejas de pagar un minuto después de la fecha de pago.....uuuuuuuy.
Te marcan por teléfono, mandan a su cobrador hasta que pagues o pagues .
La pregunta es...
Quien nos defiende de ellos y de su sistema que siempre siempre lleva las de Ganar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena sucursal, para la atención con los ejecutivos, es, digamos más rápida qué en otras sucursales, y no te quieren meter a fuerza un seguro por abrir cuentas, lo que respecta a ventanillas nose si por falta de personal pero en ocasiones solo esta activa 1 y pues se junta la jente formada para hacer algún pago.
