★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sucursal se acaba de reaperturar, fue remodelada completamente en su interior se colocaron pantallas y módulos específicos de atención hacía banca móvil y aplicación en general, faltan cajeros que operen la línea exclusiva de socio y los cajeros automáticos, aún faltan acabados en la sucursal ya que solo tiene yeso pero quedará muy bien... De la misma manera recomendaría al encargado de la sucursal enseñar un poco de atención al cliente a los cajeros ya que me vieron 10 minutos parado en la línea de socio y ninguno tuvo la atención de mencionarme que no estaban atendiendo al en ese momento y ya sea que me atendieran o me pidieran cambiar de fila...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy por la mañana fui por cambio, ya que trabajo en una tienda cerca por ahí, fue error mío confiar y no contar, pero el cajero fingió contar el dinero en mi cara y de los 1000 que le di, me dio cambio de 100 en monedas, un billete falso, y no me dio 500 más.
Cómo dije fue error no contarlo y confiar porque era un banco.
Tengan cuidado con esta sucursal.
