Todos son muy groseros.
En las cajas, todos están platicando y hace que el servicio sea realmente lento.
Cuando fui, habíamos 2 personas esperando a ser atendidas y nos tardamos como 20min en salir.
Y cuando llegas a las caja, ni siquiera te saludan o dicen algo.. se limitan a hacer lo que pides y su actitud deja mucho que desear.
 Terrible service. I do not recommend it at all.
Everyone is very rude.
In the boxes, everyone is talking and makes the service really slow.
When I went, we had 2 people waiting to be treated and it took us about 20 minutes to leave.
And when you get to the box, they don't even greet you or say something ... they just do what you ask and their attitude leaves much to be desired.

Al gerente le vale madres y les dices que habrán otra caja y aun así les vale solo se lap pasan cotorreando en las cajas
Y el cajero automático siempre lo dejan que se trabe y no dan solución y, Parte si no cierran la pinché puerta con llave
QUE MAL SERVICIO ESPERO HAGAN ALGO AL RESPECTO LOS DE BANCO HASTECA PARÁ QUE PONGAN MAS GENTE COMPROMETIDA Y UE PUEDA APOYARNOS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo una buena opinión del banco, pero esta sede en particular tiene un mal sentido frente al servicio. Esta bien conocer y aplicar los procesos de seguridad y más ahora en pandemia. Pero no hay motivo para maltratar a los clientes. Si en algún momento se tienen errores por parte de los usuarios y/o visitantes, condisero que los funcionarios deben propiciar todas las herramientas para facilitar el cumplimiento del servicio. Falta dirección en ese sentido en esta sede, para tener clientes contentos y difusores de la calidad del servicio.
I have a good opinion of the bank, but this particular location has a bad sense of service. It is good to know and apply security processes and more now in a pandemic. But there is no reason to mistreat customers. If at any time there are errors on the part of users and / or visitors, I believe that officials must provide all the tools to facilitate compliance with the service.
