On May 28, 2020, I went to this branch with face masks and I always bring my antibacterial gel hanging from my pants, it was my first time in this place and I did not know the location of the ATM, I thought it was like normal Tacuba and Metro that have it inside to one side of the boxes, when I approached the entrance of this branch in which there were only 2 customers, one in the box and the other who entered ahead of me, he clarified there were no people inside it was early, when entering I had not given I did not spend two days looking for the ATM when an employee who works there approached me and rudely without asking me what I was doing, he took me out of the branch and stood outside on the side of the door, to which I told him I was going to the ATM Automatic and arrogant and rudely following, he pointed out to me the cashier who was outside and out of order. I understand there is a contingency but there are ways to treat people. I am not asking for alms. There was not even a sign on the door indicating that customers were waiting outside the entrance for the staff to indicate when they could enter the establishment.

I recommend not going during peak hours, for example, when they open and half a day or hours of food is when there are more people, so it will take at least an hour to an hour and a half to go to the boxes. There are never executives in the mornings. There are three people in the box but only one open box. They close before their time if there are no people. And on top of that, badly faced everyone. Terrible service.
