★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mo me han podido resolver para cambiar mi cuenta a esta sucursal y llame a los numeros de atencion telefocica y me dicen que la sucursal puede hacerlo, y para colmo la ultima vez que fui a dar de alta pa App no funciono, solo me cambiaron el password de la cuenta, por que tan complicado si antes era funcional todo
I have been able to resolve this to change my account to this branch and call the telefocica attention numbers and they tell me that the branch can do it, and to top it off the last time I went to register for the App it did not work, they just changed my password of the account, why so complicated if everything was functional before

Espero qué no compren nada ahí, es perder el tiempo ... no compren en Elektra ELEKTRA, ELEKTRA ES LO PEOR QUE que me ha pasado en mi vida ni el mal de Párkinson que padezco lo supera .
The truth Elektra is horrible to go to a place that gives you confidence, and they do not respect their word, buy a Samsung cell phone released and they were not worth the guarantee of the purchase.
