★ ★ ★ ★ ★ American citizens beware. This bank is would not allow us to exchange dollars for pesos because we had a passport card and not a passport book. I repeat, do not waste your time here. My husband is fluent in spanish and from Mexico and they gave him a hard time for no reason. They did not want to do the paperwork to exchange money so made up excuses. When escalated to manager,manager said not to leave a bad review for them but here we are! Go exchange your money elsewhere!
