THEY CHARGE YOU $ 200 PESOS FOR AN ACCOUNT OPENING WHEN THEY DO NOT CHARGE IT IN OTHER BRANCHES, IT IS SUPPOSED THAT THEY MUST HAVE THE SAME CONDITION BECAUSE IT IS A CHAIN, PEOPLE ARE VERY DESPOTE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de los ejecutivos y la gerente de sucursal, no saben dar información verás, dicen que te llamarán solo para evadir responsabilidades y compromiso con uno como clíenta. Deberían tomar más capacitación en cuanto al servicio y productos financieros incluso cobranza saber interpretar cada notificación en vez de desconocer
Terrible service from the executives and the branch manager, they do not know how to give information, you see, they say that they will call you only to avoid responsibilities and commitment to you as a client. They should take more training in terms of financial services and products, including collection, knowing how to interpret each notification instead of not knowing
