★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy 14 de marzo del 2021 hay un señor atendiendo, pero realmente no sabe hacer su trabajo o no le gusta trabajar, deberían de poner gente que realmente le interese trabajar y le guste, aparte de eso cuando haces tus pagos aunque adelantes no te lo marcan y después te dicen que llevas atraso cuando ellos son los que no hacen bien su trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio los empleados son altamente groseros con los usuarios, se discrimina a la gente por su apariencia y vestimenta. De todos los bancos donde he acudido esté es el peor. Solicito a grupo Salinas a poner atención en sus sucursales y darles captación de trató humano a los usuarios. Sin los clientes está empresa no existiría, de todas mis opiniones está es de las pocas que me agradó poner pero es necesario hacerlo ya que cómo lo dije Grupo Salinas le debe su éxito a la gente que hace uso de estos lugares lo mínimo que merecen es respeto.
Terrible service employees are highly rude to users, people are discriminated against for their appearance and clothing. Of all the banks I have been to, this is the worst. I ask Grupo Salinas to pay attention to its branches and to capture human treatment to users. Without customers this company would not exist, of all my opinions this is one of the few that I liked to put but it is necessary to do it since, how I said it, Grupo Salinas owes its success to the people who use these places, the least they deserve is respect.
