★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal es un asco, hasta en días tranquilos esta lleno de gente y es un martirio realizar cualquier trámite, los cajeros automáticos deberían de tirarlos a la basura, cada rato fallan y como dicen ellos, están "inconcistentes".
This branch is disgusting, even on quiet days it is full of people and it is a martyrdom to carry out any procedure, the ATMs should throw them in the trash, every so often they fail and as they say, they are "inconsistent".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan muchísimo en atenderte , sobre todo si vas a hacer una aclaración debes de esperar al rededor de 1 hora (si bien te va ) el personal no es suficiente !
They take a long time to assist you, especially if you are going to make a clarification you must wait around 1 hour (although it goes well) the staff is not enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las ejecutivas de cuenta dan un servicio nefasto. No respetan la lista de espera y si no aceptas su ofrecimiento de Afore, mucho menos te toman en cuenta. Tarde 3 horas para que me atendieran.
Account executives provide an ominous service. They do not respect the waiting list and if you do not accept their offer from Afore, much less take you into account. It took 3 hours for me to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SON MUY MALOS EN CUESTIÓN DE SERVICIO, TE TARDAN MUCHÍSIMO. 50 MINUTOS PARA PEDIR UNA COPIA DE LA CARATULA DE MI CONTRATO. LOS EJECUTIVO SE LA PASAN LLAMANDO A SUS FAMILIARES Y NO TE PRESTAN ATENCIÓN.
THEY ARE VERY BAD IN QUESTION OF SERVICE, THEY TAKE YOU VERY MUCH. 50 MINUTES TO REQUEST A COPY OF THE COVER OF MY CONTRACT. THE EXECUTIVES HAVE CALLED CALLING THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS AND DO NOT PAY ATTENTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuestión para pasar en ejecutivo, pésimo ya que te hacen esperar por mas de 2 horas y no te atienden, según para ellos el sistema es el culpable. Mal mal el servicio que otorga.
In question to pass in executive, terrible since they make you wait for more than 2 hours and they do not attend you, according to them the system is the culprit. Bad bad service.
