No suele haber mucha gente, la atención suele ser rápida y el personal (al menos de cajas) se dirige muy amablemente hacia los usuarios.
Small branch but sufficient for local demand.
There are not usually many people, the attention is usually fast and the staff (at least of boxes) are very kindly directed towards the users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente Banorte y esta es la peor sucursal que e visitado, vacía todos están en el teléfono y no te atienden, tarde 20 minutos estando solo 4 clientes. Y si les dices algo te dicen que tienes que esperar tu turno.
I'm a Banorte customer and this is the worst branch I've visited, all empty are on the phone and they do not take care of you, it takes 20 minutes to be alone with 4 clients. And if you tell them something they tell you that you have to wait your turn.
