Pésimo servicio. Más de dos horas formada y solo dos ejecutivos atendiendo situaciones personales. Después de esperar dos horas, la srita me regresó por un detalle que anteriormente no me habían comentado y no me arreglaron nada. Sus procedimientos no son claros y complejos. Ningún otro banco es tan complicado como Banorte.

En tiempos de pandemia y no tienen un protocólo a la vista, después de que hace una fila de más de 1 hora, llega uno con la señora de la entrada y le pide un whatsapp para darle turno y empezar la fila de nuevo, en mi experiencia cerrare la cuenta en este banco y seguere con Banamex, ejecutivos pónganse las pilas.

Muestran un chat por WhatsApp para reservar tu turno y la guardia de la entrada te dice que eso no se usa que te tienes que formar (se puso el QR para que te mande a WhatsApp para que no estes cerca, ni en contacto con la gente) y los del banco no lo quieren utilizar, les vale la salud de sus clientes . . . Gracias

La única caja que siempre está abierta,tiene a la persona más lenta atendiendo, 30min para un movimiento, ah y de mala gana la chava pésimo servicio, no es la primera vez que me toca ser atendida por ella y no falta que suceda siempre casualmente falta dinero o cualquier cosa, hoy rompió mis billetes uno por uno para verificar que no fueran falsos, en serio uno a uno? solo para hacerme perder el tiempo, además tiene pésimo aspecto, no se supone que una ejecutiva debe tener buena presentación? que pena de personal por qué a causa de esto hoy pierden un cliente Banorte.
