★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusta, ahí tengo mi cuenta, como tengo un crédito con ellos, no me puedo ir de banorte, los servicios que ofrecen, son buenos, pero el servicio del personal y de su sistema, "no todo el personal " pero deja mucho que desear, no pueden resolver una duda en sucursal, te mandan a banortel, de aquí te mandan a sucursal, hasta que te hartas y metes queja o aclaración, pero ni así hay apoyo. Todo se soluciona con la mejora de todo lo anterior, si es que pasa.
