★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lento servicio, tiempo de espera mayor al que colocan en los turnos. Atienden a gente que no tiene turno siguiente y hacen esperar a quienes siguen en turno.
Slow service, waiting time greater than that placed in the shifts. They attend to people who do not have a next shift and make those who remain in turn wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio regular, por ser junto con Banco Azteca los únicos bancos en la Zona tiene un gra aforo durante la quincena teniendo grandes filas para los cajeros y atención a clientes, protocolos higiénicos entre semana de cajeros muy buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido buenas experiencias con su banco pero trabajadores como Luis Francisco Carrillo pésima su atención a la gente.
Estaba formado en la fila desde 3:40 y a las 4 cierra y no deja pasar a nadie mas entiendo los protocolos ante la pandemia pero se me hace usto y falto de ética al no poder pasar a mas de 3 personas mas a las instalaciones para poder hacer un pago solo cerro y no tomo a estas personas que llevan tiempo formadas incluyendome.
Esto afecta a mi pago que necesito hacer y no creo que su banco se haga responsable por el extra que se me cobra al no pagar a tiempo.

Puedes hacer transferencias, depósitos y retirar.
De repente hay muchísima gente y se traban y traban bastante las máquinas y esto hace a qué se aglomere.
Si vas antes de las 4 hay personal que puede ayudarte a realizar cualquier tipo de pago y orientación si es que no entiendes ?.
Hay personal de limpieza por lo cual siempre se encuentra limpio el lugar.
Recientemente cambiaron las máquinas esto favoreciendo la rapidez de los depósitos o retiros.
