★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cobrar una incapacidad pero mi INE ya tiene fecha de vencimiento pero como no está trabajando el ine se supone que ampliaron la fecha de caducidad hasta septiembre y aún así no me quisieron realizar mi cambio de incapacidades y me dicen q con el pasaporte si muy apenas uno sale a la zona industrias y eso por que es para trabajar como quieren q tenga pasaporte al igual como cédula profesional que no inventen ahora como le hago para cobrar si lo único que tengo es el ine como identificación acaso quieren q me espera hasta q tenga mi nueva ine
 I went to collect a disability but my INE already has an expiration date but since the ine is not working it is supposed that they extended the expiration date until September and still they did not want to make my change of disabilities and they tell me q with the passport if very as soon as one goes out to the industrial zone and that is because it is to work as they want that I have a passport as well as a professional ID that they do not invent now how do I get paid if all I have is the ine as identification perhaps they want to wait for me until q have my new ine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguen ellos cumplen con la sana distancia y las colas son inmensas. Debería de revisarlo. En lugar de eso sería mejor manejar citas y evitar estos problemas, además que a sus cajeros permiten el acceso sin cubrebocas. Para recoger una tarjeta tarde 3 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servició... Para pasar con un ejecutivo tienes que hacer fila de casi 4 horas, las chicas de la entrada, pasan y pasan a otras personas por que según tienen cita.
Adelante de mi solo eran 4 personas y tardar todo ese tiempo para que me atendieran, haaaaa y embarazada (tenía que hacer fila).
Terrible service ... To spend with an executive you have to queue for almost 4 hours, the girls at the entrance, pass and pass other people because they have an appointment.
In front of me there were only 4 people and it took all that time for them to attend me, haaaaa and pregnant (I had to queue).
