★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bien ubicado y es accesible su acceso, casi nunca tiene gente por lo que pasas rapido ademas de que tiene mucha seguridad por que a sus alrededores hay muchos comercios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque no ponen un letrero que informe que el horario de apertura es a las 10am, llega uno temprano y hay que esperar a que abran.
En los horarios que según actualizo la institución hace una semana dice horario de 8:30 a 16 h. Por favor no jueguen con el tiempo de sus cuentahabientes y mucho menos en esta pandemia, gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre pensé que Bancomer era de los mejores bancos de México, pero la practicaja D339 se tragó mi dinero y no me permitió realizar el depósito, ahora para comer hasta que se resuelva la aclaración, deberían de dar mantenimiento adecuado a las practicajas y cajeros.
I always thought that Bancomer was one of the best banks in Mexico, but practice D339 swallowed my money and did not allow me to make the deposit, now to eat until the clarification is resolved, they should give adequate maintenance to the practices and ATMs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odié la atención, fui toda una semana a intentar hacer un trámite, solo tengo una hora de comida, y todos los días que fui, me ponían trabas, sacaba mi turno y después de esperar 40 minutos avisaban que tardarían otra hora, pasaban a otras personas (conocidas, porque hasta platica les hacían), y si te quejas te dicen que esa persona ya tenía cita, no he podido concluir mi trámite, estoy pensando en cambiar de banco
