★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay una empleada alta que es una despota, te contesta feo cuando es su trabajo atender a las personas, como si te estuviera haciendo un favor, ni siquiera ayuda a orientar a las personas mayores, deberían correrla. De ahi en fuera los demás empleados son muy amables.
There is a tall employee who is a despot, she answers ugly when it is her job to attend to people, as if she were doing you a favor, she does not even help to guide the elderly, they should run her off. From there on out the other employees are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de ir a ese banco para aperturar cuenta la srita que está en la entrada es una persona grosera,para empezar te grita y le tratas de explicar y solo habla y no escucha ,uno queriendo guardar su dinero ahí y estas personas haciendote pasar un mal rato,que feo ahora tendre que buscar otro banco , yo no entiendo para que los ponen en la entrada solo para deshacerse de los clientes nuevos ,que pena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo porque no puedes entrar en las mañanas con tu bicicleta para que no se la roben. Pero eso sí afuera hay puestos que no dan para nada seguridad ni permiten visibilidad. Actualización 2022mar01T 13:40. Ahora la persona de intendencia está que está en la puerta y se le ocurrió la idea de una fila para retiros y prácticajas , el policía de la PBI solo de espectador. Increíble

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bueno excelente servicio aún q ya la mayoría son nuevos pq estaban dos Chavos Jesús,y Diego que acarajo que amables fueron y no se diga de salvador el que era atención a clientes y no se diga la q estaba de directora Alejandra muy muy muy amables y sencillos , ahora q fui siguen siendo muy amables pero no como ellos por eso ya ni voy a ese banco pq los cambiaron y la vdad pues si fui solo una ves cuando ya no estaban ellos ,y se hace un caos. En la caja d pagomatico se confunde uno deberían poner cordón azul como los d antes para q divida la fila d el cajero al q va hacer pago matico y una ves se tragó mi dinero e hize el reporte y nunca me regresaron nada. Puede q esa razón tampoco voy pq se traga los billetes y es un caos para q te lo regresen. No se q propósito es si ahorrar trabajo a los cajeros o según para q no aya fila. No lo sé pero me encanta en si banco BBVA un 10 mega 10 mientras no se haga dueño el pejependen.... Pq neta ese cuate ya está quitando los bancos. Es un mal nacido no se bañan a dejar por ese anciano yo confío en mi banco ocea ustedes!!!!
Very good, excellent service, even though most of them are new, because there were two Chavos Jesús, and Diego, how darn they were, and don't mention the savior who was customer service, and don't mention the one who was director Alejandra, very, very, very kind. And simple, now that I went they are still very friendly but not like them, that's why I don't even go to that bank anymore because they changed them and the truth is, I only went once when they weren't there, and there was chaos. In the payment box, one gets confused, they should put a blue cord like the ones before so that it divides the row of the cashier to whom they are going to make a automatic payment and once they swallowed my money and I made the report and they never returned anything to me. Maybe that's why I'm not going either because he swallows the bills and it's chaos for them to return it to you. I don't know what purpose it is whether to save work for the cashiers or depending on why there is no queue. I don't know, but I really love BBVA bank, a 10 mega 10 as long as the pejependen doesn't take over.... Pq net that guy is already removing the banks. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Servicio en si no es malo en esta sucursal, el gran problema que tiene es que está demaciado abarrotada en especial los días de quincena.
La atención es muy buena por parte de los Cajeros y Asesores, les falta algo de organización y rapidez pero el servicio es bueno.
Los tiempos de espera son demaciado largos (En mi caso 2½ hrs desde la fila hasta la actualización de mis datos)
The service itself is not bad in this branch, the big problem is that it is too crowded, especially on fortnights.
The attention is very good from the Cashiers and Advisors, they lack some organization and speed but the service is good.
The waiting times are too long (In my case 2½ hours from the queue to the update of my data)
