Fui a hacer un depósito y la practicaja se atasco y se tragó los billetes, me quedé sin depósito y sin dinero. El guardia no apoyo de ninguna manera y se portó muy grosero

Pésima sucursal por parte del personal, mal atención al cliente, lentos, no te saben responder y siempre con problemas en la practicaja. De lo peor.
Terrible branch by staff, poor customer service, slow, do not know how to respond and always with problems in the practice. Of the worst.

Pesima atencion al cliente!!!! con engaños me obligaron a comprar una polisa de casa cuando yo no queria, solo para tener una escusa de quitar dinero de mi cuenta, eh tratado de llamar al banco para cancelar esta polisa pero me cuelgan el telefono y no dan informacion , esto es mas que un robo, muy mala experiencia con este banco no lo recomiendo
Pity customer service !!!! Llego de caminar casi 2 kms a tramitar un proceso con ejecutivo. Me proporcionan el boleto de turno dónde dice el tiempo estimado de espera son 2 minutos. Solo 2 ejecutivos disponibles. Pasan casi 20 minutos y si no es por el cortes cliente(que llegó 10 mins después de mi) me cede su lugar. El ejecutivo ni los buenos días dio y le explicó que necesito ligar nuevo número de celular a mi cuenta para poder usar el app. Toma los datos correspondientes y me dice queda listo solo baja el app y regístrate de nuevo. Corroboró que no necesitaré nada más y que no tendré problemas y me dice que no. Hago el proceso de instalar el app y registrarme y me dice que los datos son incorrectos. Llamo al número correspondiente de asistencia de app en celular y el representante me dice que tengo que volver a la sucursal. Le corroboro que acabo de ir y fui clara al preguntar si no tendría problemas. Este último me dice que tengo que dejar pasar 24-48 horas para que se actualice la base de datos!!!! O sea, les cuesta salirse de la mediocridad para no ser claros?!? No les interesa en absoluto el servicio al cliente?!? No cabe duda que el servicio al cliente es la mediocridad absoluta.
I get to walk almost 2 km to process a process with executive. They give me the shift ticket where it says the estimated wait time is 2 minutes. Only 2 executives available. Almost 20 minutes pass and if it is not for the client cuts (which arrived 10 mins after me) he gives me his place. The executive did not even say good morning and explained that I need to link a new cell phone number to my account in order to use the app. Take the corresponding data and tell me to be ready just download the app and register again. He confirmed that I will not need anything else and that I will not have problems and he says no. I do the process of installing the app and registering and it tells me that the data is incorrect. I call the corresponding mobile app assistance number and the representative tells me that I have to go back to the branch. I corroborate him that I just went and I was clear in asking if I would have no problems. The latter tells me that I have to allow 24-48 hours to update the database !!!! That is, they find it hard to get out of mediocrity to not be clear?!? They are not interested in customer service at all?!? There is no doubt that customer service is absolute mediocrity.

Pésimo servicio, los empleados de escrito incluyendo al "Director" se la pasan platicando o en el celular y poniendo pretextos para no atender rápido. No te saben explicar ni realizar bien los trámites y te hacen dar mil vueltas a la sucursal porque no te tienen lo que te prometieron. Revisen bien TODA su información cuando vayan y cuando les den una fecha llamen antes de ir a "recoger" lo que necesitan :(
Bad service, written employees including the "Director" are talking or on the cell phone and making excuses not to respond quickly. They do not know how to explain or perform well the procedures and make you give a thousand laps to the branch because they do not have what they promised. Check ALL your information well when they go and when they give you a date call before going to "pick up" what they need :(

Sus empleados no respetan lugar para personas con discapacidad , lamentable ser pensionado bancomer y ver que sus empleados no respetan. Pareciera que no entienden puercos!! Respeten los lugares de discapacitados, o son empleados con discapacidad cerebral?

Un servicio bueno y que les falta mejorar aún más, pero en términos generales la sucursal da buen servicio
