Estuve esperando 46minutos para que me digan que el asunto que quería realizar lo podía hacer por teléfono ! Irresponsables y faltos del respeto del tiempo de los clientes ! Ineficientes !!’ No merecen trabajar en una institución de clase mundial ! PS : Ha !....pero si son buenos para pasar clientes SIN turno ! A discreción total del “Gerente” . En mis narices pasaron a 2 Clientes sin turno y -obviamente- sin tiempo de espera ! Súper mal el servicio y CERO atención y cuidado Del cliente Super bad attention! They are ati-professionals and ignorant of the procedures. ZERO customer service! I was waiting 46 minutes for them to tell me that the matter I wanted to do could be done by phone! Irresponsible and disrespectful of clients' time! Inefficient !! ' They do not deserve to work in a world class institution! PS: Ha! .... but they are good at passing customers WITHOUT a turn! At the sole discretion of the "Manager". Under my nose they passed 2 Clients without a shift and -obviously- without waiting time! Super bad service and ZERO customer care and attention
