Atencion rapida, a pesar de ser relativamente concurrido los ejecutivos de la entrada te orientan rapidamente de forma muy amable; el estacionamiento esta algo pequeño pero se compensa con los estacionamientos cercanos, de modo que queda accesible al publico.

Pésimo servicio, he esperado más de una hora para que un ejecutivo me atienda, pero no avanza ninguna persona. En otras sucursales te atienden más rápido.

Pesimo banco, dos experiencias en distintas sucursales, con la excusa de Covid tienendos y hasta tres “ejecutivos “ dirigiendo clientes afuera y no permiten el cupo permitido dentro de la sucursal. Y un solo “ejecutivo” atendiendo tramites. En mi ultima visita y fue la ultima porque preferí salir de alli con el efectivo en la mano que volver o esperar, espere dos horas en fila y observe como manejan el cupo para no trabajar un minuto después de las 4 pm devolviendo gente desde las dos de la tarde y al final rechazando 10 personas que tenían mas de dos horas en fila porque ya eran las 4 pm siendo que dentro se quedaron 9 asientos disponibles en 9 filas por supuesto por aquello del covid. Pedi que la “directora” saliera a explicar , por supuesto nunca dio la cara, ya dentro de la sucursal vi que era una persona de la 4ta edad así que ni para que discutir , pobre. Con el pretexto de Covid no hay ningún servicio al cliente. Reportare estos manejos a Condusef , veremos que procede, favor de extender en sus redes sociales para que la gente tome cartas en el asunto y no se deje, debemos hacer que las cosas cambien.
Terrible bank, two experiences in different branches, with the excuse of Covid having two and up to three "executives" directing clients outside and they do not allow the space allowed inside the branch. On my last visit and it was the last because I preferred to leave there with the cash in hand than to return or wait, I waited two hours in line and observed how they handle the quota so as not to work a minute after 4 pm returning people from two in the afternoon and at the end rejecting 10 people who had more than two hours in line because it was already 4 pm, being that inside there were 9 seats available in 9 rows of course because of the covid. I asked the "director" to come out and explain, of course she never showed her face, and inside the branch I saw that it was a person of the 4th age so no need to argue, poor man. Under the pretext of Covid there is no customer service. I will report these actions to Condusef, we will see what proceeds, please spread it on your social networks so that people take action on the matter and do not leave, we must make things change.

Siempre cierran antes de la hora indicada, y todavía se molestan si les haces el comentario que el servicio está marcado a cierta hora, hoy cerraban 2:30, llego a la 1:50 y ya no quisieron atenderme. No es primera vez que paso antes de la hora indicada y ellos ya no atienden.

Muy buena atención al cliente . Si es cierto que solo hay un solo ejecutivo, pero,vale la pena esperar. Recibimos una excelente atención de Sayuri una ejecutiva que de tan amable que fue parecía un sueño.
