★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal y asqueroso servicio deberían respetar el tiempo de los demás me tarde 5 días en un trámite con respecto a banca móvil pues me mandaban a volar cuando se trataba de eso hice hora y media de espera y me fui sin ninguna solución pues atendían a todos menos a mi cuando lo reclame el ejecutivo me dejo esperando más tiempo, en otras sucursales son amables pero en esta nunca logro nada NO PUEDO CONFIARLE MI LINEA DE CRÉDITO Y DÉBITO A UN SERVICIO TAN ESPANTOSO COMO ÉSTE ESTOY MUY ENOJADO PUES ESO NO VA LA PROPUESTA DE VALOR QUE BANCOMER PROMUEVE LOS EL PERSONAL NO REPRESENTA ÉSA VISIÓN QUE DECEPCIÓN
No merece ninguna estrella solo porque se requiere para publicar
Bad and disgusting service, they should respect the time of others, it took me 5 days in a procedure regarding mobile banking because they sent me to fly when it came to that I made an hour and a half of waiting and I left without any solution because they attended to everyone except When I claim it, the executive leaves me waiting longer, in other branches they are kind but in this one I never achieve anything I CANNOT TRUST MY LINE OF CREDIT AND DEBIT TO A SERVICE AS SCARY AS THIS I AM VERY ANGRY BECAUSE THAT IS NOT GOING THE PROPOSAL OF VALUE THAT BANCOMER PROMOTES THE STAFF DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT VISION THAT DISAPPOINTMENT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a que núm. puedo llamar, le cancelaron su cuenta a mi mamá que apenas la semana pasada se abrió para sus depósitos de pensión. Hoy voy a una sucursal por que según requerían un firma de nuevo y me dicen que está cancelada. Esta cuenta se abrió en la sucursal de Mérida itzaes, y vivimos en Cancún.
to what no. I can call, they canceled my mom's account that just last week was opened for her pension deposits. Today I go to a branch because they require a new signature and they tell me that it is canceled. This account was opened at the Mérida Itzaes branch, and we live in Cancun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio a cliente, no respetan los tickets de turno, me quedé más de una hora esperando, no había nadie más para consulta de nomina y cuando me tocó el turno, se metieron unos señores que acababan de llegar.
Lousy customer service, do not respect the shift tickets, I stayed more than an hour waiting, there was no one else for payroll consultation and when it was my turn, some gentlemen who had just arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal que hayan puesto cadenas en una área del estacionamiento ya que los que venimos al cajero en la noche hay que estacionarlo más lejos... ????? y no es por hueva de caminar ... Para eso es el estacionamiento
