★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención por parte de los cajeros les pides asesoría para realizar un pago y no saben cómo realizarlo les preguntas que si lo puedes hacer en el cajero y no saben te mandan con otro que estaba en la entrada y muy déspota te contesta no se formeze y ya pasa a la caja le explicas cuál es el problema y de muy mala actitud y gana te manda a la fregada deberían de cambiar el personal o de plano mandarlos a un curso de buena atención al cliente porque no fui el único cliente que tenía ese problema otras personas pasaron por la misma situación ojalá y alguien pudiera hacer algo para mejorar su servicio al cliente y la otra sucursal me parece demasiado exagerado que cada rato la estén remodelando siempre la veo igual por eso tenemos que estar buscando una sucursal que este abierta y sale peor por la mala atención que uno recibe
Very bad attention from the cashiers, you ask them for advice to make a payment and they don't know how to do it, you ask them if you can do it at the cashier and they don't know, they send you with someone else who was at the entrance and very despotic, they answer you, don't be formeze and you go to the cashier, you explain what the problem is and with a very bad attitude and they win, they send you to hell, they should change the staff or outright send them to a course on good customer service because I wasn't the only customer who had that problem other people went through the same situation I hope someone could do something to improve their customer service and the other branch seems too exaggerated that they are constantly remodeling it I always see it the same way that's why we have to be looking for a branch that is open and it comes out worse because of the poor attention one receives

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te recomiendo ir por las mañanas entre las 9:00 y 11:30, ya que, después de ese horario la atención se vuelve cada vez más lenta. Hay dos filas, una para los cajeros y la otra para pasar a ventanilla, por lo que antes de formaré deberás fijarte bien que trámite vas a realizar.
En cuanto a la atención, para pasar con ejecutivo es bastante lenta y deficiente, pero si vas a pasar a ventanilla es mucho más rápido que lo habitual. Ya un vez dentro todo se vuelve más tranquilo y rápido, la atención de los ejecutivos es positiva, son amables y solucionan tus problemas a la brevedad posible.
I recommend you go in the morning between 9:00 and 11:30, since after that time the attention becomes slower and slower. There are two queues, one for the cashiers and the other to go to the teller window, so before you get in line, you should make sure what procedure you are going to carry out.
In terms of service, to go through with an executive it is quite slow and deficient, but if you go to the window it is much faster than usual. Once inside, everything becomes calmer and faster, the attention of the executives is positive, they are friendly and solve your problems as soon as possible.
