Pésimo servicio de Liliana Moreno Duarte. No da seguimiento, no avisa sobre cómo va el trámite, jamás se comunica para dar información sobre la cuenta cuando dice que lo va a hacer. Hay que ir a sucursal cada vez que requieres información.

HE RECIBIDO UNA PESIMA ATENCION Y SERVICIO POR PARTE DE LA DIRECTORA BLANCA VALVERDE DE LA SUCURSAL EN Monte Líbano 915, Lomas de Chapultepec. NO LE HA DADO SEGUIMIENTO A ESOS 2 TEMAS, NO ME HACE CASO, LLEVO 15 DIAS QUE DEJE UNA CARTA RESPECTO AL REEMBOLSO Y EL VIERNES 12 ABRIL DESPUES DE ESPERARLA 1 HORA, LE EXIGI QUE ME DE RAZON Y QUIZO ATENDERME, NOS FALTO AL RESPETO, ESTOY HARTA DEL MAL SERVICIO DE BBV ULTIMAMENTE Y EL POCO PROFEESIONALISMO DE SU PERSONAL. ESA MUJER ES GROSERA Y NO HA HECHO NADA AL RESPECTO. OJALA LA CORRAN NO SABE LO QUE ES ATENDER A UN CLIENTE. ADICIONAL EL SERVICIO EN GENERAL DE ESA SUCURSAL ES MALO, ESTUVE 2 HORAS EN EL BANCO Y MUCHAS QUEJAS POR PARTE DE OTROS CLIENTES QUE ESTABAN POR CANCELAR SUS CUENTAS.

La asesora que se encuentra atendiendo la entrada es muy mal educada, se la pasa jugando con sus compañeros y descuida la entrada, tuve un problema que se debía arreglar con Miguel Angel el jefe de cajas y no me resolvió absolutamente nada y fue grosero y sarcástico, no tiene profesionalismo. El director tampoco ya que se burlo de mi y no hace nada realmente. Tuve la oportunidad de hablar con un empleado y me comenta que en esa sucursal se fomenta el machismo, la homofobia y el racismo por parte de todos los colaboradores. JAMAS VAYAN A COMPRAR PRODUCTOS O CONTRATAR SEGUROS ETC. PORQUE SOLAMENTE TE VENDEN LO QUE QUIEREN Y TE METEN OTROS PRODUCTOS QUE NO PIDES.
