Hablé a la línea bbva y me dicen que debo ir a la sucursal para arreglar el problema. soy de la 3a edad y la recomendación es que no salga. Arriesgo mi vida por este motivo? Qué falta de atención al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a la sucursal san Jerónimo ayer 11 de Sep del 2021 , para poder cambiar mi tartera de débito libreton premium por libreton básico a lo cual el chico de la entrada me dijo que no era posible realizar ningún cambio y si cancelaba mi tarjeta al momento de querer abrir una cuenta nueva forzosamente me darían libreton premium por qué mi información ya estaba registrada en el sistema , le pregunté qué opciones me daba ya que tengo tanto tarjeta de débito y crédito en BBVA desde hace 6 años , al no poder darme ninguna solución le pregunté si la única opción que él me estaba dando era cambiarme de banco a lo cual su respuesta fue " SI “
No me permitió el ingreso a la sucursal.

Me parece una estupidez que abran el sábado si no van a dar todos los servicios, solo me hicieron perder el tiempo.
