★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ejecutiva del cubículo 1 muy grosera no resolvió mi duda! Y aparte mando a llamar a los otros ejecutivos para que a la hora que me toco pasar con otro me dijera no se puede! ve a la sucursal de atemajac ajac! Pésimo servicio ellos solo van a platicar con sus compañeros no trabajan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es nefasto el servicio con los ejecutivos, antes de aperturar una cuenta pregunte los requisitos, consulte su portal web, pero al final los requisitos los modifica la ejecutiva como a ella le conviene, quizás porque ya pronto es su hora de salida y le da pereza atender, o simplemente porque es tan acomplejada que es la única forma que tiene de sentirse importante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvo mucho tiempo en servicio posteriormente lo quitaron y ahora lo volvieron a poner. Me gusta acudir aquí porque atienden muy rápido y de una manera eficiente. Lo malo es que si deseas utilizar el cajero cuando esta cerrado el banco es muy peligroso ya que la zona esta muy expuesta me parece, por lo que no esta de más tomar precauciones al acudir al cajero de esta sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la directora de este banco no pudo solucionarle nada referente a mi rep. De tarjeta, a pesar de llevar mi INE me pedía otras dos identificaciones. He acudido a otra succ . donde se esmeraron a dar solución a mi problema. Se quejó de mi con mi jefe "por groserías " cuando sólo le dije que algo se podría hacer. Dar solución al cliente, y más humanidad por favor .
Terrible service, the director of this bank could not solve anything concerning my rep. As a card, despite taking my INE, he asked me for two other IDs.
