★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las peores sucursales en las que he estado. En 4 horas parado sin medidas de sana distancia atendieron a 3 personas los ejecutivos y me hicieron el trámite a medias por lo que tuve que ir a otra sucursal a realizarlo. No lo recomiendo.
 It is one of the worst branches I have ever been to. In 4 hours standing without measures of healthy distance, the executives attended 3 people and they did the process halfway for me so I had to go to another branch to do it. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer lunes 4 mayo dejé mi camioneta en el valet del estacionamiento del banco y al llegar a mi oficina me faltan 5 discos de PS3 que traía en la parte tracera que subí antes de ir al banco. Llegué 9:30 y salí hasta casi las 11. Desgraciadamente ellos no se hacen responsables de nada... Como dicen sus letreros... Pero espero que la gente que va a este lugar tenga mas cuidado con sus pertenencias, caras o no el hecho es que se supone que deben contratar gente honesta y no rateros para un lugar así... Cuidado cuando asistan a este lugar.
Yesterday, Monday, May 4, I left my truck in the valet of the bank's parking lot and when I got to my office I was missing 5 PS3 discs that I had on the back that I uploaded before going to the bank. I arrived at 9:30 and left until almost 11. Unfortunately they are not responsible for anything ... As their signs say ... But I hope that the people who go to this place are more careful with their belongings, expensive or not the Fact is, they are supposed to hire honest people and not thieves for such a place ... Be careful when you attend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo existen 4 cajas, y no todas están atendiendo, esta sucursal es muy muy muy concurrida.
De 30 minutos a una hora de espera.
Los empleados están condicionados a pelear con la gente. No te dan turno si la sala de espera está llena, así que harás fila en dónde están los cajeros automáticos.
En mi visita solo había un ejecutivo atendiendo, y la espera laaaaaaarga.
Estacionamiento propio.
5 cajeros automáticos, de los cuales 3 permiten hacer depósitos.
Ahorrate esto.
There are only 4 boxes, and not all are attending, this branch is very very busy.
From 30 minutes to an hour of waiting.
Employees are conditioned to fight with people. They do not give you a turn if the waiting room is full, so you'll line up where the ATMs are.
In my visit there was only one executive attending, and the wait laaaaaaarga.
Own parking.
5 ATMs, of which 3 allow deposits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de ir a otra sucursal, llegue temprano a esta sucursal en especial y en quincena y no había mucha gente (si vas temprano 8:30 -9:30 esta casi vacía) atendió una Ejecutiva Carmen Guzmán que me dijo que estaba de apoyo la semana pasada y excelente servicio, me tuvo la paciencia del mundo y quisiera felicitarla ya que me apoyo durante 3 horas con el problema que tenía. No he podido contactar directamente a la sucursal para extender mi felicitación y que no la dejen ir!!!!!. No me llegó la encuesta de satisfacción por lo que sería bueno para poder calificar a quienes nos atienden. Espero puedan leer mi mensaje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es nefasto, el personal nunca te quieren atender son groseros y todo quieren que lo hagas vía cajero y vía telefónica,estando en ventanilla los cajeros te mandan a formar a los cajeros
