★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la que esta en la puerta no te deja pasar aunque ya no haya nadie adentro pero si deja que se metan los que no están en la fila y los defiende mientras los que están afuera se alteran por su culpa.
Terrible service, the one at the door does not let you pass even though there is no one inside, but she does let those who are not in line get in and defends them while those who are outside get upset because of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceso tiempo de espera en la sala para ventanilla, cuando llegas no te dan tu turno pronto y te lo dan unos minutos antes de que pasen a ventanilla, asiendo ver que esperaste menos de 4 minutos pero es mentira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filas interminables bajo el sol, es la quinta vez que vengo y siempre es lo mismo. Adentro hay lugar con sana distancia y aún así prefieren que estés en el rayo del sol. Solo atienden 2 cajas cuando en realidad hay 4. Horrible.
Endless lines under the sun, it's the fifth time I've come and it's always the same. Inside there is a place with a healthy distance and they still prefer you to be in the sun's rays. They only serve 2 boxes when there are actually 4. Horrible.
