★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención el día de hoy, la señorita del filtro (que no portaba identificador de nombre), ni dio su nombre, nos regresó desde las 2:00 pm, diciendo que el tiempo de atención es de una hora y media a dos y había cuatro personas para atención y cuestionándome para apertura de cuenta nómina si me habían mandado allí para hacerlo y que podía realizarla en cualquier otra sucursal. Hace tres semanas fui y muy diferente la atención de un joven de quien por mala fortuna no recuerdo su nombre y sí portaba identificador; donde me explicó muy bien el trámite y que lo mínimo que tardaban son 15 minutos lo malo fue que no llevaba los documentos necesarios, qué lástima que por esa empleada se hagan de mala fama. Gracias!
Terrible attention today, the lady from the filter (who did not carry a name identifier), nor did she give her name, returned to us from 2:00 pm, saying that the attention time is from an hour and a half to two and there were four people for attention and asking me to open a payroll account if they had sent me there to do it and that I could do it at any other branch. Three weeks ago I was very different from the attention of a young man from whom, unfortunately, I do not remember his name and he did carry an identifier; where he explained the procedure very well and that the minimum it took is 15 minutes, the bad thing was that he did not have the necessary documents, what a pity that for that employee they are made a bad name.
