★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27/7/19 Me negaron aperturar cuenta de débito, que los sábados no tienen posibilidad de hacerlo. Anteriormente un sábado el comentario fue no tenían impresora y no se podía aperturar por la firmar el contrato.
La culpa es del página que no está actualizada..? Por qué así lo hizo ver la encargada de piso.
 7/27/19 They refused to open a debit account, which on Saturdays has no possibility of doing so. Previously on a Saturday the comment was that they had no printer and could not be opened by signing the contract.
The fault is of the page that is not updated ..? Why did the floor manager see it?

Staff, employees or collaborators whatever they want to call them, terrible, without customer treatment it seems that you are going to ask them for a gift and not to mention their facilities ATM machines are always broken

Es desesperante que las practicajas se traben, queden en blanco, cancelen la transacción y se esté frustrado todo el fin de semana al saber cuanto tardará el trámite para ver reflejado el deposito rechazado. Se sucita con demasiada frecuencia esto, no se debe pasar por alto,hay muchas quejas de usuarios como yo y se sigue sin hacer nada. Es la segunda vez que pasa y es tan desagradable y estando abierta la sucursal tardan, no quiero imaginar después de un fin de semana todo lo que se debe esperar por tan graves errores de las practicajas
They must work on Saturdays ... La peor experiencia en este lugar, No recomiendo venir a esta sucursal La peor atención que me he llevado por parte de esta empresa!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las tres estrellas son por el buen servicio de empleados, las dos estrellas faltantes son por que se me hace increíble que ya sepan la cantidad de gente que hay día con día asiste a la sucursal para asistir con un ejecutivo y aun así no hacen nada para agilizar los tramites, es increíble que no puedan contratar a otro ejecutivo y así permitirnos a nosotros como usuarios no hacer filas de hasta 2hrs o 3hrs.
The three stars are for the good service of the employees, the two missing stars are because I find it incredible that they already know how many people there are every day who attend the branch to attend with an executive and still do nothing to streamline procedures, it is incredible that they cannot hire another executive and thus allow us as users not to queue up to 2hrs or 3hrs.
