Antes de mi pasan a 2 personas de forma directa sin turno por ser conocidas de la ejecutiva y de la directora de la sucursal. Son cosas pequeñas que si no cambian hacen que tanto la sucursal como la empresa pierdan credibilidad y a sus clientes. Si así somos día a día con estas cosas son el reflejo de la sociedad y sus compadrazgos. Terrible service. I arrived at 8.30 with executives and almost 9.30 passed. Todos ordenando desayunos y comidas, en su hora de trabajo, no atienden a los clientes por estar en sus celulares platicando y chateando. Los ejecutivos de la entrada son groseros, prepotentes y con un muy mal carácter. Pésimo servicio y pésimos ejecutivos. De lo peor. This place needs a real manager. Everyone ordering breakfasts and meals, in their work hours, they do not serve customers because they are on their cell phones talking and chatting. No entiendo cómo es que se pueden más de 2 horas en atender a alguien. Es increíble.
