★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable el servicio y la atención al consumidor, los empleados son déspotas, cobran extra por servicios de depósito y otras transacciones, los cajeros continuamente estan inservibles y no tienen fondos, en horas pico es muy larga la espera para poder acceder y es muy pequeño.
 Regrettable the service and customer service, the employees are despots, they charge extra for deposit services and other transactions, the ATMs are continuously useless and do not have funds, in peak hours the wait to access is very long and it is very small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Tienen escritorios vacíos sin atender a nadie y una bola de empleados que no saben ni que hacer por que no están capacitados. Tiempo de espera: hora y media y no pudieron resolver mi problema.
Terrible service. They have empty desks without attending to anyone and a ball of employees who do not know what to do because they are not trained. Waiting time: hour and a half and they could not solve my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urge capacitación al personal la atención es nefasta! se les pregunta de los servicios al personal antes de formarse y al final después de mucho tiempo perdido salen con la tontería de no poder darnos el servicio! pesimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en Plaza Tolín si eres usuario y no tarjetahabiente, llege desde las 7 am y el banco abre sábados a las 9 am y son las 11 de la mañana y sigo en el MISMO lugar, en estas 2 horas solo han pasado cerca de 5 o 6 usuarios, y más de 40 del banco, la persona que te atiende ponen mil pretextos con la intención de no pasarte y son groseros en su trato.
Terrible service in Plaza Tolín if you are a user and not a cardholder, arrive from 7 am and the bank opens Saturdays at 9 am and it is 11 am and I am still in the SAME place, in these 2 hours only about 5 have passed or 6 users, and more than 40 from the bank, the person who attends you put a thousand pretexts with the intention of not passing you and are rude in their treatment.
