★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayor parte del tiempo hay mucha gente para pasar a ventanilla o a cajero , y las filas llegan a ser muy largas así como el tiempo de espera, está bien por la cercanía.
No cuenta con practicaja lo cual no me gusta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal ya se esta quedando chica por toda la gente que va, sobre todo a los cajeros, uno se puede tardar de 15 a 45 min esperando pasar al cajero, ya que solo cuenta con dos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención fui a qué me subieran mi nivel de cuenta por qué en BBVA me hicieron un préstamo y por eso me la bloquearon y ya que fui a sucursal a qué me subieran el nivel me quieren meter un seguro que pena que como sucursal hagan eso yo también trabajo en un banco y es pésimo que hagan eso me atendió el director de sucursal y que pésimo que sean así y quieran meter sus seguros los reportare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos servicio. Uno llega temprano para hacer trámites y te pasan cuando quieren y no tienen buena actitud, te hacen dar muchas vueltas por un trámite sencillo
