★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas que me atendieron fueron amables, pero la verdad el servicio da demasiado a desear. Estuve esperando por más de dos horas a pesar de que en la fila eramos aproximadamente 6 clientes. Deberían agilizar el servicio o contratar a más empleados. La verdad no volveré a regresar a esa sucursal.
The girls who attended me were friendly, but the service really gives too much to be desired. I was waiting for more than two hours even though there were approximately 6 customers in line. They should streamline the service or hire more employees. I really won't go back to that branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia pésima atención del ejecutivo queme atendió, persona despota, ofensiva y descortés, aparte de que no me supo dar de alta la banca móvil ??♀️. No recomiendo en absoluto esta sucursal.
In my experience bad attention of the executive who attended me, person despota, offensive and discourteous, apart from that I did not know how to register the mobile banking ??♀️. I do not recommend this branch at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio.. No tienen personal efectivo 3 cubículos de ejecutivos solo 1 dando atención.. Evidentemente si no tienen personal que trabaje para no deberían de abrir la sucursal.. Es la peor sucursal de Cuernavaca
Terrible service .. They do not have effective staff 3 executive cubicles only 1 giving attention .. Obviously if they do not have personnel who work for they should not open the branch .. It is the worst branch in Cuernavaca
