La señorita de apellido Rodríguez detuvo su atención a las 11:15 y a las 12:05 empezó a trabajar otra vez después de desayunar...mucha gente se fue y los que nos quedamos quejándonos de ellos con el director y el sin hacer nada... N	NUBIA JAZMIN HERNANDEZ FLORES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a activar la app temprano y la señorita que otroga los numeros me dijo que no se necesitaba una ejecutivo para eso, me regrese a casa y sorpresa me exigia que fuera a la surcusal para hablar con un ejecutivo, me hicieron dar una vuelta de mas llego y "tiempo de espera 1 hra" y fue mas de la hora con UN turno antes de mi!!!, me tuve que retirar. Me fui temprano para evitar eso y no sirvio de nada, y de nada sirven los turnos, lo ejecutivos se hacian locos, atendian llamadas, salian del escritorio y metian a personas que no tenian turno, mi tiempo no es un juego. No sé para qué diablos dan turnos si la gente nefasta y nada profesional de los escritorios va a estar pasando a sus conocidos directamente. Estuve esperando más de 40 minutos con sólo 3 turnos antes de mí y las "ejecutivas" pasaron a 5 personas sin turno pero que muy lindas los saludaban de beso y abrazo. Lo que no me gusta es la falta de lugares para los autos, ya que aunque se encuentra en una plaza comercial, se batalla para encontrar lugares para los autos. Aunque tiene espacio para los minusválidos y embarazadas. Otro punto negativo en general de toda la cadena es que en lo personal creo que es débil en su infraestructura informática.
