★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, deberían evaluar mejor a sus empleados en especial la gerencia o dirección ya que la ejecutiva Edith Caballero es una persona exageradamente déspota. Solo es una sugerencia porque con esa calidad de trato evitan que sus clientes quieran volver a realizar algún trámite.
 Bad service, should better evaluate their employees especially management or direction since the executive Edith Caballero is an exaggeratedly despotic person. It is only a suggestion because with that quality of treatment they avoid that their clients want to return to carry out some procedure.

Los que dicen que pesimo servicio estan mal se desesperan mucho por tomar su turno eso lo acabo de ver que una señora se metio y aun no era su turno.
En BBVA hacen lo mejor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que no tiene un buen servicio, le dan preferencia a sus clientes y uno que quiere abrir una cuenta o pasar a algún trámite no le prestan atención. Aunque estén disponibles dicen que esperes tú turno. Ojala y modifiquen su forma de atender porque de verdad que es molesto que pidas una buena atención y te brinden todo lo contrario. Aún más porque está en una plaza comercial y debe de tener un buen servicio.
The truth is that they do not have a good service, they give preference to their clients and one who wants to open an account or go through some process does not pay attention. Although they are available they say to wait your turn. Hopefully and they modify their way of attending because it really is annoying that you ask for good care and they offer you the opposite. Even more because it is in a shopping plaza and must have good service.
