★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en área de ejecutivos quería abrir una cuenta de ahorro por lo cual acudí tome mi turno pero mi suerte fue que estuve esperando pasaron 8 personas las cuales llegaron al mismo tiempo que yo sólo por ser cliente ya del Banco pasaron antes mínimo deberían pasar uno y uno por lo cual me retiré a otro Banco en el cual a lo mucho 10 min tarde vs los 38min que perdí en BBVA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En verdad es muy buen banco respecto a otras operaciones que no tengan nada que ver con filas de espera. El sistema de turno de Bancomer es horrible, "A, H, T, S, E". Es demasiado estresante ver el cambio de categoria cuando falta poco por pasar. Ojala cambien este detalle y les aseguro que tendran mas clientes y cambio de muchas opiniones.
In truth, it is a very good bank with respect to other operations that have nothing to do with waiting lines. The system of shift of Bancomer is horrible, "To, H, T, S, E". It is too stressful to see the change of category when there is little to go. I hope you change this detail and I assure you that you will have more clients and change many opinions.
