Pésima sucursal. La peor atención a clientes nuevos. Te hacen esperar sin turno, para darles preferencia a sus clientes. Mínimo 50 minutos estuve esperando hasta que dije que me retiraba, solo así me hicieron caso. Y ni siquiera pudieron hacerme cliente, me pidieron que regresara en 2 horas. Decepcionante.
Terrible branch. The worst attention to new clients. They make you wait without a turn, to give preference to your customers. At least 50 minutes I was waiting until I said I was leaving, only then did they listen to me. And they couldn't even make me a client, they asked me to come back in 2 hours. Disappointing.

Pues se atasca demasiado y eso hace que se sature la sucursal, pero todo el personal es muy amable.

Terrible experiencia. el ejecutivo un tipo sin vocación por el servicio al cliente, no fue claro con la explicación y tampoco ético, me dio información errónea. Muy mala atención. Jamás regresaré a esta sucursal. Bravo BBVA!

Pésimo servicio, tarde 3 horas en pasar, cuando se supone vamos en "orden", atienden a sus amigos y no obstante cuando solicitas que te pasen contestan groseramente "si se quiere esperar, si no venga otro día", el director es NEFASTOOOO, pasa a sus amigos y o conocidos, super déspota el personal en general pero es de esperarse por una persona tan TONTA E IGNORANTE como el director, el Único rescatable es el policía, pd. Disculpa por desquitar me, dicen que todos tienen somos importantes pero le dan preferencia a clientes "grandes" deben tomar acción, porque acaban de perder un cliente, si debo pagar por atención aparte, lo hago pero jamás permitiré que me traten así. RESPONDAN A LAS SUGERENCIAS Y MOLESTIAS DE LA GENTE, NO SÓLO A LOS BUENOS COMENTARIOS.

Servicio nefasto, desde el vigilante hasta las cajeras de ventanilla y ejecutivos, prepotentes y groseros, no recomiendo en absoluto!!!

Pésimo servicio , llegue 15 minutos a tes del cierre y ya no te atienden, y el celador que esta en la entrada pésimo servicio igual , ademas el no tiene que preguntarle a los clientes que van a realizar eso no esta bien quien debe estar ahí es personal de bbva , como porque le voy a decir a un celador que es lo que voy a realizar en la sucursal eso es un riesgo para mi como para los demás cuentahabientes. Muy mal

Fatal, fui ayer, llegué desde las 12:25, eran las 2:10 y no me atendían, se les hizo la observación a los de la entrada y resulta que en su máquina no procesaban esas entradas éramos bastantes personas que estábamos esperando, ni una disculpa y la ejecutiva le valió, ayer el banco cerraba 2:30 supongo que ya no querían atender, es pésima la atención. No solo para que te atienda un ejecutivo, para pasar a cajas también el servio es tardado.
