Fuimos para hacer una solicitud con una ejecutiva y desde que empezó a atendernos ya la señorita esta con una actitud tan mala. Hasta este momento no había sido atendida en un banco por alguien tan grosero. Al principio nos dio una sola opción para resolver nuestro problema. Ya al final ahora si se acordó de mencionar q había otra pero con la advertencia que iba a ser muy costoso. No entiendo porque no nos dan las opciones posibles para resolver y ya nosotros vemos cual tomamos independientemente del costo. A la final decidimos irnos y vamos a ir a otro punto a resolver nuestro problema.

Until this moment she had not been attended in a bank by someone so rude. At first he gave us only one option to solve our problem. At the end now if he remembered to mention that there was another but with the warning that it was going to be very expensive. I do not understand why they do not give us the possible options to solve and we already see which one we take regardless of the cost. In the end we decided to leave and we are going to go to another point to solve our problem.
