★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy extremas las medidas anticovid en la actualidad a pesar de ya estar vacunado un gran porcentaje de la población. Y otra, en algunas Sucursales hay filas afuera de la oficina y de manera arbitraria cierran la puerta en su horario de cierre de sucursal, dejando sin atender y prácticamente corriendo a los clientes que pacientemente esperaban el acceso para realizar su operación bancaria. Eso no puede ser posible. Y hay otras observaciones de retroalimentacion u áreas de oportunidad.
Currently, anticovid measures are very extreme despite the fact that a large percentage of the population is already vaccinated. And another, in some Branches there are lines outside the office and they arbitrarily close the door during their branch closing hours, leaving the clients who were patiently waiting for access to carry out their banking operations unattended and practically running. That can not be possible. And there are other feedback observations or areas of opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, una lentitud enorme, en un lunes solo tener 2 ventanillas disponible y una de ellas al parecer ocupada por alguien que viene a hacer infinidad de pagos o un trámite muy largo. Hace 3 hrs que llegue a la sucursal y van pasando de 3 en tres pero no te dan tu turno hasta q ya queda solo uno en la pantalla.
Terrible service, enormous slowness, on a Monday only have 2 windows available and one of them apparently occupied by someone who comes to make countless payments or a very long procedure. It has been 3 hours since I arrived at the branch and they go from 3 to 3 but they do not give you your turn until there is only one left on the screen.
