Me preguntaron cinco veces consecutivas exactamente lo mismo para que a la final después de media hora de estar esperando en una fila mediante no puedo pasar porque no traigo el documento necesario regreso con el documento necesario me dicen que no es el indicado después de otra media hora de esperar.
Quise cancelar mi tarjeta y me dijeron que tampoco podía hacerlo.
Esta gente nada más juega con tu vida con tu Dinero. Nadie debería ir a esa sucursal.
Terrible service

Puntos a favor: Su ubicación más céntrica no puede estar. Sus instalaciones no están nada mal.
Puntos en contra: Está súper concurrido y en muchas ocasiones si tienes problemas con tu tarjeta o alguna transacción, no hay quien te auxilie. Por lo demás, todo bien.
Regarding this branch of BBVA Bancomer:
Pros: Your most central location cannot be. Its facilities are not bad at all.
Points against: It is super busy and on many occasions if you have problems with your card or any transaction, there is no one to help you. Otherwise, all good.

De nada sirve que su personal sea cordial si la atención que brindan la dan cuando se les antoja; si bien abren la sucursal a tiempo, comienzan a atender entre 15 y 20 minutos después, tanto ejecutivos como cajeros pierden muchísimo el tiempo platicando entre ellos o desayunando, cosa que hacen con la seguridad de que no se puede evidenciar por la restricción del celular.
