Es un banco con un personal muy humano. Personally they are always kind and attentive, whenever I go they attend me with a smile and help me in what I need, their cashiers are all kind, and the people of the entrance are equally happy and kind. It is a bank with a very human staff.

Una vez adentro todavía esperé más de 20 min ya en los asientos y cuando me atendió el ejecutivo me dijo que no sabía como hacer el servicio que solicité. Finalmente solicitó ayuda y espero que todo salga bien. Se requiere de mucha paciencia y tolerancia para acudir a esta sucursal, no es la primera vez.
