★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen dinero los cajeros, de que sirve tener 5 si ninguno tiene efectivo, siendo una zona turística deberian de abastecer con más dinero o poner con intervalos de cada 4 horas
The ATMs do not have money, what is the use of having 5 if none have cash, being a tourist area they should supply with more money or put at intervals of every 4 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, se supone que los empleados están para apoyar, y más a las personas que no saben usar el cajero, y simplemente no lo hacen, se le comentó que apoyara a una persona y su respuesta fue “sólo es activar la tarjeta” yo creo que si supiera no hubiera pedido ese apoyo, terminó ayudando otra persona ajena al personal del banco.
Terrible customer service, the employees are supposed to be there to support, and more to the people who do not know how to use the ATM, and simply do not, they were told to support a person and their response was “it is only to activate the card "I think that if I knew I would not have asked for this support, someone other than the bank staff ended up helping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... Vine por la mañana para pedir cita para traer a una persona de 82 años en silla de ruedas. Me dijeron que no requería cita ya que por norma se atiende en cuanto ingresara al banco.... Tardaron 10 minutos en darle ficha de atención y ya lleva 20 minutos desde que le dieron la ficha y aún no la atienden... Los cajeros automáticos están fallando y a los usuarios les dijeron que volvieran al cierre del banco para ver si el cajero les entrega el dinero que supuestamente les entregaron...
Terrible service... I came in the morning to make an appointment to bring an 82 year old in a wheelchair. They told me that I didn't need an appointment since, as a rule, you are attended to as soon as you enter the bank.... They took 10 minutes to give you an attention card and it has been 20 minutes since they gave you the card and they still haven't attended you... The tellers ATMs are failing and users were told to go back to the bank closing to see if the ATM delivers the money they were supposedly given...
