★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es mejorable, fui a actualizar mi expediente y la ejecutiva que me atendía se puso a platicar con alguien más mientras lo hacía y después a hablar por teléfono.
A mi en lo personal me gusta que me expliquen el porqué de cada cosa y ella solo me pedía datos y firmas sin explicarme a menos que yo se lo pediera y cuando quería ponerme a leer lo que firmaba solo me volvía a repetir que firmara y le diera finalizar.
Luego de eso no pude acceder a mi aplicación BBVA y yo todo mi dinero lo tengo apartado, al hablar a la línea de atención me dicen que debo acudir a una sucursal para que me solucionen el problema y pues ahora debo de sobrevivir con $200 pesos y tengo que viajar por trabajo.

After that I could not access my BBVA application and I have all my money set aside, when talking to the helpline they tell me that I must go to a branch to solve the problem and now I must survive with $ 200 pesos and I have to travel for work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, quise solicitar una tarjeta de débito y me la querían vender con todo y seguro antirrobos, les dije que si no me podían dar una tarjeta sin costo y me dijeron que no, que sólo así la dan. Ósea todavía que les voy a dejar mi dinero me quieren cobrar..... Prefirieron perder un cliente que darme lo que solicitaba
