Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Pésimo servicio para realizar un pago para mi pasaporte llegue 1:20 min antes de mi cita! Me tocó el número H005 esperé y espere y espere y espere!!!!!!! Para mi sorpresa se tardaron 1:45 para pasarme para decirme que no podían cobrarme con mi tarjeta porque no era del mismo banco!! Tenía que ir al cajero para sacar el dinero! Perdi mi cita para el pasaporte y para colmo tengo que esperar 24hrs mas para Reagan dar mi cita!

Llevo mas de un mes acompañando a mi madre que es cliente del lugar . Porque su tarjeta se la trago el cajero y vamos cada tercer dia. Y el incompetente que nos atiende no nos habla con la verdad y siempre nos dice regresemos al sig .día.

El cajero D102, se trabo o no sé qué pasó pero del deposito que pretendía realizar se quedó con el dinero y me mandó mensaje de que no había depositado nada...se puso fuera de servicio ?, de que sirven los malditos cajeros si corres el riesgo de que esto suceda.... La tecnología bien aplicada es funcional, en estos casos dan ganas de mejor hacerlo a la antigua, en ventanilla

Pésimo servicio y falta de ética y profesionalismo, solo fui a hacer un retiro y me mandaron co un ejecutivo Jonathan Ortega que me informó que debería actualizar mis datos y era necesario realizar unas firmas y que había si acreedora au na "tarjeta preferente para cuando pasara a ventanilla fuera atendida con más rapidez " lo cual dije que no me interesaba pero menciono que era necesario para proceder mi actualización de datos lo que posteriormente al traer el plástico resulta que era tarjeta de crédito, no la recibí, me pasó con la directora la cual quedaría firmar para proceder con la cancelación, termine firmando lo cual no cumplieron y resulta que solo colocaron que no la quise recibir y obviamente no quisieron firmar cuando solicite que yo pedía una cancelación, y solo iba por un retiro, pésimo servicio y manipulación por parte de los ejecutivos.
