Cerca de esta sucursal está un hospital pequeño ("María Auxiliadora"), a mi hijo lo opersron de emergencia ayer domingo (18 09 2016)despues de las 14;00, me pidió le cambiará un cheque, como esta recién operado la firma no salió bien. El cheque lo hace a mi nombre, lo endosó y anotó mis datos el cajero anota los datos de mi IFE y después de 5 minutos de revisar la firma dice que está variada, le explico q esta recién operado y parece que te hacen el favor de atenderte. Si unirse robado o falsificado con mis datos del IFE pueden proceder. Faltos de criterio, pero eso si quieren q les tomes una tarjeta de crédito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que en todos los bancos se ha vuelto costumbre saltar a gente en la fila y eso hace que sean trámites muy lentos. Desde la pandemia se hicieron aun más ineficientes pero creo que no hay banco que sea buena ahora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaal servicio, para poder sacar una reposición no leyó mis huellas entonces piden actualizar pero de nuevo no las leyó, entonces me pidieron 3 identificaciones o que sacara tarjeta de crédito, pero la tarjeta de crédito no piden documentos. Estafadores.
Maaal service, to be able to get a replacement they didn't read my fingerprints so they ask to update but again they didn't read them, so they asked me for 3 identifications or to get a credit card, but the credit card doesn't ask for documents. Scammers.
