★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo peor, esperas demasiado tiempo. Para pasar con un ejecutivo. Actualmente su pantalla que te avisa del momento de tu turno no sirve, y los que trabajan se molestan bastante por que preguntas o tienes dudas al respecto de que si llegarás a pasar.
Jamás en mi vida quiero volver a regresar a este horrible lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio. Queríamos abrir 2 cuentas bancarias y solo nos hicieron esperar por horas y hablaron muy feo. Pedimos hablar con gerente y “no estaba”, y dijeron que “va a regresar en 2 horas”. Aparte mienten que no se puede abrir libreton básico, invierten reglas que ni existen para hacerte abrir cuenta con 4 mil de saldo mínimo. Pésimo servicio de todos los trabajadores, no te ayudan. Solo quieren hacerte largar de allí
Terrible service. We wanted to open 2 bank accounts and they just made us wait for hours and spoke very ugly. We asked to speak to a manager and “he wasn't there”, and they said “he will be back in 2 hours”. Besides, they lie that you can't open a basic libreton, they invert rules that don't even exist to make you open an account with a minimum balance of 4 thousand. Terrible service from all workers, they do not help you. They just want to get you out of there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Bancomer mas lento. No solo el personal es totalmente lento y tardado. Si no que no pueden controlar a la gente, se meten sin hacer fila y los atienden. Las pantallas y los turnos están de adorno. Nunca los respetan. Siempre que voy es saber que perderé mínimo 2 horas de mi vida. De verdad el peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado en un banco.
The slowest Bancomer. Not only the staff is totally slow and late. If they can't control people, they get in without queuing and attend to them. The screens and shifts are for decoration. They never respect them. Every time I go I know that I will lose at least 2 hours of my life. Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worry about dealing with this branch at all, hast the worst security system i have ever seen on a bank. The alarm goes off 2-10 times a day open or closed and police don't even look at it. Robery waiting to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn`t withdraw from my Japanese credit card company which I used always. Since 3 weeks ago. I tried couple of times and different branches.
I called to the Japanese credit company, they said no data went throw.
Seems like they stop to accept foreign credit card.
Because I asked the person who works there, then she told me that I can not use the card. Try different bank.
