Este a la vez promueve la discriminación hacia los campesinos que realizan sus operaciones bancarias por parte de la SADER. Manifiesta sus pobres habilidades de organización y liderazgo a su máxima expresión al mencionar que son muchos y que no esta calificado para atender a tantos.
