★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era un buen banco, ahora el servicio es elitista y te dicen que si no llevas operaciones de más de $25,000 entonces que las hagas en el cajero automático donde no hay vigilancia y te pueden asaltar fácilmente.. eviten ésta sucursal Bancomer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene 3 practi-cajas, pero siempre está descompuesta al menos una. Ojalá pusieran al menos una más. El personal hace lo que puede, prefiero la sucursal de plaza cristal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de la remodelación el lugar esta hecho un caos, tienes que esperar mucho tiempo. Para los asesores tienes que esperar casi hora y media. La entrada es muy estrecha, te golpeas con las personas que van saliendo o entrando. El trato en las ventanillas puede mejorar, en ocasiones hacen discriminación. No te revisan si eres cliente preferente. Hay mucho personal de bancomer que solo esta parado.
After the remodeling the place is in chaos, you have to wait a long time. For the advisors you have to wait almost an hour and a half. The entrance is very narrow, you hit with people who are leaving or entering. The treatment in the windows can improve, sometimes they discriminate. They don't check you if you are a preferred customer. There is a lot of bancomer staff that is just standing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ninguna sucursal en ciudad de México ni en la sucursal donde se originó la cuenta en San Martín Texmelucan Centro, nos han podido ayudar a reponer un plástico extraviado. El titular tiene 92 años, se han borrado sus huellas digitales y cumplimos con las tres identificaciones ofíciales y no nos pueden reponer el plástico extraviado. Hoy 9 de noviembre del 2021 iremos nuevamente de ciudad de México a SM Texmelucan esperando nos solucionen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de la última remodelación, ha mejorado bastante, puesto que ha hecho un poco más fluidos los trámites y el paso a los cajeros automáticos. Sin embargo, aún se siguen haciendo filas y es un poco problemático puesto que se encuentran en las calles principales donde transita mucha gente y vehículos, por lo que se vuelve muy caótico el paso por ahí. Ojalá sigan mejorando y resolviendo esos mínimos problemas.
After the last remodeling, it has improved a lot, since it has made the procedures and the passage to the ATMs a little more fluid. However, there are still queues and it is a bit problematic since they are on the main streets where many people and vehicles travel, so the passage around there becomes very chaotic. I hope they continue to improve and solve those minor problems.
